Dramatically Naked (3)

I know, Naked 3 is old news by now and I’ve already posted about it a ton. However, I’m really trying to test it’s versatility, so here is another Naked look. Sorry not sorry.

This time I tried a dark, moody, dramatic smoky eye using the darker brown and taupe shades from the Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette ($52). I layered Darkside over Liar, concentrating the darkest color on the outer half, then fluffed Nooner just above the crease and swept Burnout along the inner half of the upper and lower lashlines. This palette is so versatile that it’s the only eyeshadow I packed for a three week stay out of town (that I am still on)! UD Naked 3 forever! ❤

  

Dark rose eyeshadow from the Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette

It’s Naked time again! Today I used my Urban Decay Naked 3 Eyeshadow Palette ($52) for a deeper rose look by sweeping the shimmery, dark pink-mauve Buzz all over the lid, then diffusing the edges with Limit, which is essentially the same shade in a matte finish. Strange is on the browbone, Dust is in the inner corners and blended into the lid and I’m wearing Darkside as a liner.

  

I’m also wearing Stila MAJOR Major Lash Mascara ($22), which I really like (lots of thickness and no smudging), plus  Clinique Almost Lipstick in Black Honey ($15) with POP Beauty Aqua Lacquer in Flowering Fuchsia ($14) layered over.

Pinky taupe eyes with the Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette

My Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette ($52) arrived today! Yaaaaay! I’ll spare you a full review since everyone ever has reviewed it already, but I do love it. The variety in tone and finish of the eyeshadow is great and I’m really looking forward to playing with the shades.

 

Today I used Trick and Nooner to make a bronzey, rose toned taupe eye. I lined my eyes with Blackheart and used Dust in the inner corner. Fun!
